Freshman share thoughts on the end of the year

As the school year comes to a close, students all around are feeling the pressure of the last few weeks. Some are cramming for tests and projects, while others of reminiscing of the times they shared this year.

Freshman Lauren Meyers shares her thoughts on her on her freshman year.

“It was a pretty good year overall,” Meyers said. “If I had to change one thing I would have tried a lot harder.”

Meyer’s rates her school year based on the people she meets and the work she receives.

“I would give this year a seven,” Meyers said. “There was a lot of work but I met a lot of cool people.”

Freshman David De Moss also weighs in on his freshman year.

“This school year has gone by really fast.” De Moss said. “I’ve had a lot of good times,”

De Moss also shared his expectations for his sophomore year.

“I’m worried about the AIMS and all the planning for college, but I think it’ll pretty much be like freshman year,” De Moss said.

Meyers gives words of advice for upcoming freshman.

“Have fun and stay classy,” Meyers said.
